I’m a professional with over 14 years of experience in multinational environments, where I’ve worked across strategy, marketing, and innovation, contributing meaningfully to complex projects at different stages of my career. My journey has taken shape primarily in the Energy and Telco sectors, with a strong focus on customer experience, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, always aiming to deliver value in a sustainable and human-centred way.
Alongside this path, I’ve nurtured a second professional soul as a certified yoga teacher, with over 650 hours of training in Hatha/Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Kundalini Yoga. Through this work, I create spaces, both physical and emotional, where people can reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner rhythm.
Today, I bring these two worlds together to support organisations in building more conscious, human, and resilient workplace cultures. I design and lead corporate yoga programs that integrate ancient practices with the needs of modern work life, helping individuals reduce stress, sharpen focus, and cultivate emotional and physical balance. My offerings include group sessions, one-to-one programs, and tailor-made pathways aligned with each organisation’s unique culture and challenges.
Whether I’m supporting a strategic workshop or guiding a breathwork practice, my approach is holistic and human-centred. I believe that true transformation, personal or organisational, starts from within, and I’m deeply committed to helping people show up more fully, both at work and in life.
I had a nomadic upbringing, having lived in over nine countries across Latin America, Western and Eastern Europe, and North Africa, a journey that shaped my open mindset, cultural sensitivity, and deep appreciation for diversity. Now rooted in Milan with my husband and our two daughters, I continue to move through the world with curiosity, empathy, and a desire to create meaningful connection. My work is grounded in a balance of structure and intuition, helping leaders and teams reconnect to what truly matters.
